Albert Delgado began his career at Westlake in 2003 and joined WPM in 2025 after serving as Senior Director of Servicing at both Westlake and Northlake Financial. With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, he has successfully led servicing and collections operations across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Philippines.
Albert is recognized for driving operational excellence, strengthening vendor partnerships, and ensuring regulatory compliance, all while delivering industry-leading performance and customer experience.
He holds a Bachelor of Business with a concentration in Management and an MBA from California State University, Los Angeles.
